We're posting late and, once again, it's entirely my fault, I apologize!

With the arrival of nice weather and longer days, there must also come some flexing of muscles and sweat and lovely bodies being put to good use! No, I'm not talking about sex (although that's also a nice idea), I'm talking about our next prompt:

(Oh, Turkish wrestling, I love you so...)

I have this crazy mental image of Crawford and Schuldig being deadly rivalling golfists, and maybe Hakkai practicing some obscure ski-hunting discipline. Aya and Yohji as lumberjacks would also be hilarious, especially if someone forces Yohji to wear a franel shirt. Of course, football and basketball and any other normal sport is also welcome. A hockey match between the Sanzo-ikkou and the Kougaiji-tachi would be also wonderful to see. In brief, just let the creative juices flow and post whatever you like.

lol, does ballet count as sport, or is that art? (is dance art or sport?) dammit, I suspect it's art. I HAVE SCHWARZ BALLET DREAMS I CANNOT DEFEND OR EXPLAIN THAT WILL ONE DAY BEAR FRUIT. XD

Dammit, I think that probably we won't see ballet in the Olympic Games anytime soon, so maybe it's not? Although I consider it tragically unfair that chess is considered sport and ballet isn't... I think we could tweak the definition of sport a little bit BECAUSE SCHWARZ BALLET DREAMS DESERVE TO SEE THE LIGHT! Oh, the drama... it could be fucking epic. I wouldn't left Weiß out of the party, though. You have the craziest and at the same time the most brilliant ideas ever.

(I think some dance can be sport?? But ballet... I know it's competitive [just as, say, an orchestra is competitive within its own ranks]... and it's certainly athletic... ARG. I just feel like ballet must be art, not sport? But other dance could be sport. HMMM.)

Dude, I remember reading they were taking wrestling--or some kind of wrestling--outta the Olympics, so I've abandoned the Olympics as my yardstick. (Cuz it was all weirdly political/$$$, like not enough hands got greased, and how the hell can you take out wrestling when that was surely included in the original Olympics? I digress...)

I agree, the drama would be eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepic. And BRAD IN TIGHTS. SCHULDIG BEING A PRIMA DONNA BITCH. YOHJI EN POINTE. ...I know sweet fuck-all about ballet, but this has been haunting me for years, man. No idea why. XD I think I was incepted or something.

Ballet has YAGP (http://www.yagp.org) (Youth American Grand Prix). It's pretty fierce as both a competition and a showcase for talent. Which still doesn't make ballet "Olympic," but it probably should!

I think I'm going to let the deciding factor be the fact that I'll probably not manage to get anything done, though I would love to. XD;; BUT IT WOULD BE AWESOME.

God, just the other day I read actual honest-to-god ballet AU Teen Wolf fic. I was so excited. I have no idea why. But the whole time I was thinking, "Maybe this will fill the ballet!WK void I have been carrying around all this time." ...I think it was a stop-gap measure.

Ha, ha, that's the way I make most of my decisions, too!!

I'm open-minded towards this particular topic. If you want to consider it sport, I surely won't complain.
