WK fanart - Love for Sale - joie de vivre

Fandom: Weiss Kreuz
Rating: R for nudity
Summary: My idea for this thing is pretty vague, and I cut many corners to get this done. The weekend was too short, I blame father time!

Nagi is smart, handsome, and very very rich. He's from a long line of noble aristocrats; old money. His father (Crawford) is one of those type A personalities: successful businessman, works hard, expects nothing less than perfection from his son. When his Japanese wife died during childbirth, he decided to move what was left of his family, and his textile business, to Europe.
Perfection comes naturally to Nagi. He spent most of his life bored and apathetic; effortlessly acquiring the skills necessary to succeed his father's business. But one day, it just gets to be too much. Where's the excitement? Where's the joie de vivre? He's almost eighteen, and he hasn't really, lived yet. So he seeks out a fellow aristocrat (Yohji) whose blood is just as blue, though his lifestyle leans more towards the hedonistic. Yohji wastes no time in showing him the life of the rich and decadent: banned books, opium dens and the brothels. Nagi samples everything, though really, the only thing he's in any danger of becoming hooked on are the pleasures of the flesh. And maybe the books.
One day, Yohji decides to take Nagi with him to visit some of the more...common brothels. There he meets the male Romanian prostitute Yohji favours. (here's a hint: he's a redhead.)  It was Schuldig (oops) who introduces Nagi to a certain dark-skinned, yellow-eyed fellow sex worker. Therein begins their downfall.
Crawford eventually finds out about Nagi's less than respectable endeavours. He commands him to cease, but Nagi has come to enjoy Farfarello's company far too much. What started as an act of rebellion evolves into something...more. Their rendezvous are kept secret, but nothing stays hidden from Crawford for long, and when they are discovered, Crawford is livid. Not entirely sure how it ends, but there's torture and bleach involved, and Farfarello gets his scars. (can you tell where I got tired?)

So tired. It took like five hours to write that. I need to work on my English. Picture was heavily referenced from here . Thank you also [livejournal.com profile] toni_sgc  for the beta =)

Woo! Tis awesome. And your picture is HAWT! It's odd how I'm not squicked by your art at all.

...bleach and scars and somehow, along the way, daddy picks up his own nasty habit for a certain redheaded Romanian sex worker... ;)

I'm intrigued by the idea of a daddy Crawford sheltering/smothering his son. Picturing blue blood Yohji, totally high in an opium den is strangely easy for me to imagine. And leave it to the redhead to stir up trouble... :) Some very nice detail in that outline.

The picture is very sweet and a bit bittersweet too. The protection and affection are all too clear but it's Nagi and his contentment with being sheltered and protected that gave it that bittersweet tang - being sheltered is all he knows but at least, now, it's on his terms. I don't know if you intended that level of emotional connection but that's what I get from it! Very nice!

I'm ramble friendly! No need to apologise!

Dorian Gray is a VERY interesting character analogy...

It's quite surprising to find such tenderness in the couple when Nagi is normally so cold and Farfarello is normally Farfarello, but it oddly fits, too. I like Nagi's expression.

Dammit, now I want to read how Schuldig managed to get in Crawford's pants. Because I'm sure he did.
